The Venue

The Sandrell Rivers Theater is a new, state-of-the-art theater serving the city of Miami and all of Miami-Dade County & South Florida. The theater is named in honor of Chief Sandrell Rivers, a tireless arts advocate, artist and former employee of Miami-Dade County. The Sandrell Rivers Theater is a Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs facility.

Entrance of the Theater is on the corner of 61st Street and NW 7th Avenue, adjacent to bus depot.
